RESPONSIBILITIES: The Deployments Manager is responsible for planning and supporting AMK9 with the coordination and deployment of employees. This position will work closely with Human Resources, Recruiting, and the Facility Security Officer (FSO) to ensure that all employees, candidates, and canines are deployment ready and all applicable policies and procedures are executed.

Manages all phases of deployment for teams conducting worldwide canine operations. Assists AMK9 Program Management in meeting contractual needs. Regularly monitors deployment requirements, plans for deployments based on requirements, and assesses and applies lessons learned for future deployments. Responsible for performance of other tasks including but not limited to participating in meetings, discussions, briefings, and conferences. Examine personnel deployment eligibility to ensure required deployment positions can be filled by qualified individuals at all times. Analyze and inspect individual deployment checklist to ensure all necessary requirements are completed prior to deployment. Ensure the effective and efficient implementation of all activities required to prepare personnel and canines for deployment and to deploy them to their respective contracts. Plans work to be accomplished by candidates, sets and adjust priorities, responsible for providing guidance pertaining to deployment and recommends course of actions to move personnel and excess baggage. Assist the Business Development Department with identifying qualified candidates for contract proposals. Captures and tracks data to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports/slides within scheduled or unscheduled suspense times. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree preferred, PMP Certification a plus. Minimum of three years of supervisory experience required. Experience supervising deployment activities of an international organization preferred. International experience in operations, security, and training management preferred. Advanced proficiency with MS Office required. Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion. Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process. Normal work hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 to 5:00, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Travel to branch offices may also be required.
