pspanOur Virginia Beach, VA office has a need for candidates with an interest in water resources/utility design. Candidates must have a willingness to perform general civil engineering tasks supporting various project managers as required. Tasks may include,

but are not limited to:

  • Utility Master Planning

  • Collection Systems Design

  • Conveyance System Design

  • System Modeling

  • Duct Bank Design

  • AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, MicroStation, WaterCAD, SewerCAD /pspan

Position Requirements

  • In the process of getting a BS or MS from an ABET accredited university in the field of Civil Engineering by summer 2018

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

  • Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines

  • Detail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment

  • Ability to work independently and as a team

Min. Experience 0-2 years

Min. Education Level Bachelor's Degree

Required Major Civil Engineering

Desired Qualifications

  • Participation in professional societies

  • Applicable internship experience and/or work experience

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD, Excel, and/or GIS
